Team Management
Manage team members, assign roles, create teams, and invite new users.

Team Members
View and manage all users in your organization.
User Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | The team member's display name |
| The team member's email address | |
| Phone Number | The team member's phone number (if provided) |
| Role | The team member's assigned role (determines permissions) |
| Teams | The teams the user belongs to |
| Actions | Available actions for managing the user |
Available Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View Permissions | Opens the Role Permissions Matrix showing what each role can access |
| Change Role | Use the dropdown in the Role column to change a user's role. A confirmation dialog will appear. |
| Assign Teams | Use the Teams dropdown to assign or remove users from teams |
| Remove User | Click the delete icon to remove a user from the organization. A confirmation dialog will appear. |
Roles
Users can view what permissions each role has by clicking the shield icon next to "Invite User" to open the Role Permissions Matrix.
Available Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Full access to everything, including billing and organization deletion |
| Admin | Full access except billing and organization deletion |
| Marketer | Can manage campaigns, broadcasts, and marketing features |
| Service Agent | Can handle customer chats and conversations |
| Analyst | Read-only access to analytics and reports |
Access to certain features depends on your assigned role. Contact your organization administrator if you need different permissions.
Teams
Create and manage teams within your organization. Teams help organize users and can be assigned to handle specific handover scenarios.
Managing Teams
| Action | How To |
|---|---|
| Create a new team | Click "Create Team", enter a team name, and click "Create" |
| Edit a team name | Click the edit icon next to the team name, modify the name, and click "Save" |
| Delete a team | Click the delete icon next to the team, confirm the deletion |
Inviting New Users
To invite a new team member:
- Click the "Invite User" button
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Click "Invite"
The invited user will receive an email invitation to join your organization.

The number of team members you can invite depends on your plan. Check Billing to see your limits.
