| Bar | Comparing categories | Customers by platform, customers by tag |
| Line | Trends over time | New customers per week |
| Area | Growth visualization | Customer growth trend |
| Donut | Proportions | Language distribution, opt-out ratio |
Configuring a Widget
Each widget has the following settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Name your widget (e.g., "Customers by Platform") |
| Chart Type | Bar, line, area, or donut |
| Size | Half-width (fits 2 per row) or full-width (spans entire row) |
| Group By | The dimension to group customers by |
| Time Granularity | For date-based grouping: daily, weekly, or monthly |
| Axis Visibility | Toggle X-axis and Y-axis labels on or off |
| Filters | Narrow the widget to a specific customer subset |
Group By Dimensions
| Dimension | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Platform | WhatsApp, Instagram, Webchat distribution |
| Language | Customer language preferences |
| Country | Geographic distribution |
| Tag | Distribution across customer tags |
| Custom Attribute | Values of any custom attribute (e.g., tier, interest) |
| Date Created | When customers were added (use with time granularity) |
| Last Interaction | When customers last interacted (use with time granularity) |
| Opt-Out Status | Marketing opt-out vs. opted-in ratio |
Widget Filters
Each widget can have its own filter set, using the same Advanced Filter criteria available in segments. This lets you create focused widgets — for example, a bar chart showing tag distribution for WhatsApp customers only.
Drag-and-Drop Reordering
- Grab any widget by its drag handle and drag to reposition
- Widgets snap into a 2-column grid
- The new order is saved automatically

Tips
Create a mix of chart types for a comprehensive dashboard overview. Use donut charts for proportions, bar charts for comparisons, and line or area charts for trends over time.
Use half-width widgets for simple metrics (like donut charts) and full-width for detailed trend charts (like weekly growth lines) to make the best use of screen space.
