Customer Analytics

The customer analytics dashboard gives you a customizable, drag-and-drop view of your customer data. Build widgets to visualize customer distribution, growth trends, and key metrics — all in one place.


Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to Customers > Analytics tab to open the analytics dashboard.


Creating Your First Widget

  1. Click Add Widget
  2. Configure the widget settings (title, chart type, grouping, filters)
  3. Click Save

The widget appears on your dashboard immediately. Add as many widgets as you need.

Configuring a Widget

Each widget has the following settings:

TitleName your widget (e.g., "Customers by Platform")
Chart TypeBar, line, area, or donut
SizeHalf-width (fits 2 per row) or full-width (spans entire row)
Group ByThe dimension to group customers by
Time GranularityFor date-based grouping: daily, weekly, or monthly
Axis VisibilityToggle X-axis and Y-axis labels on or off
FiltersNarrow the widget to a specific customer subset

Group By Dimensions

Widget Filters

Each widget can have its own filter set, using the same Advanced Filter criteria available in segments. This lets you create focused widgets — for example, a bar chart showing tag distribution for WhatsApp customers only.


Drag-and-Drop Reordering

  • Grab any widget by its drag handle and drag to reposition
  • Widgets snap into a 2-column grid
  • The new order is saved automatically

Editing and Deleting Widgets

  • Edit — Click the edit button on any widget to modify its settings (title, chart type, grouping, filters)
  • Delete — Click the delete button to remove a widget from the dashboard

Tips

Create a mix of chart types for a comprehensive dashboard overview. Use donut charts for proportions, bar charts for comparisons, and line or area charts for trends over time.

Use half-width widgets for simple metrics (like donut charts) and full-width for detailed trend charts (like weekly growth lines) to make the best use of screen space.
