Template Messages
Pre-approved message templates allow you to initiate conversations with customers outside the 24-hour messaging window. Templates are required for business-initiated conversations.

24-Hour Messaging Window
WhatsApp has a 24-hour messaging window policy:
- Within 24 hours: You can send any message type to customers who have messaged you
- After 24 hours: You must use an approved template message to re-initiate the conversation
This encourages businesses to respond promptly and prevents spam.
What We Don't Currently Support
The following WhatsApp features are not yet implemented in Orki:
