24-Hour Messaging Window

WhatsApp has a 24-hour messaging window policy:

  • Within 24 hours: You can send any message type to customers who have messaged you
  • After 24 hours: You must use an approved template message to re-initiate the conversation

This encourages businesses to respond promptly and prevents spam.
