Manage your personal profile, notification preferences, and account actions.

My Profile
Update your personal information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Profile Photo | Upload or change your profile picture. Click "Upload Photo" to select an image, or "Reset" to remove it. |
| Username | Your display name shown to team members and in chats. |
| Your email address used for login and notifications. | |
| Phone Number | Your contact phone number (with country code selector). |
After making changes, click "Save Changes" to save your profile.
Notification Preferences
Manage how you receive notifications. The table shows notification types with toggles for each delivery channel.
Available Channels

Notification Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Chat Handover | Notifies you when an AI agent hands over a chat to you, indicating the conversation needs human attention. |
To enable or disable a notification channel, click the checkbox in the corresponding column. Changes are saved automatically.
Account Actions
At the bottom of the page, you'll find account management options:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Logout | Sign out of your current session. |
| Exit Organization | Leave the current organization while keeping your account. You can join other organizations or be re-invited later. |
| Delete Account | Permanently delete your account from all organizations. |
Exit Organization
If you are the last member of an organization, the organization will be permanently deleted when you exit.
Delete Account
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all organization resources.
